On May 13 the Official Newspaper published the decision with the rules for electricity generation facilities to provide the system with electricity energy above the agreement power has been determined.

According to the decision, unlicensed electricity generation facilities will be excluded from the application. The application will be valid until September 30, 2022.

With the amendment made in March, on the grounds of security of supply, the way was paved for electricity generation facilities to be temporarily allowed to supply energy to transmission and distribution systems above their contracted power.
